An unsolicited letter from a long-time customer...

Hello Tom,

You seem to be real busy and I am glad things are working out. Like I said before, I knew from the beginning, how valuable the LP Wizard was, when I first started using it, (4-5 years ago). I could not believe, that I was creating a company’s entire PADS library database on my own, and all footprints were being created at the fast pace we needed and with accuracy!

When I started working here at A2e Technologies, part of my job responsibility was going to be, to create all PADS footprints for our design Library, I have controlled the schematic part of a library before, but to control the footprints, all on my own, was a new adventure for me.

Our company is a fast pace company with very high quality standards. How do I get this new task accomplished?

I started our library using the LP Wizard and continue to use this tool daily, it was exactly what I needed to get the quality and quantity we needed here at A2e Technologies.
The prototypes that were being delivered to us, all parts fit! I use to get nervous, in the beginning, when the first prototype we made, would arrive, thinking, what part did not fit, etc... but they all fit! So, I don't get nervous at all now, when new boards arrive.

The LP Wizard made things so much easier and quicker than I could have imagined.
The LP Wizard is one tool, I hope I will always be able to have.

We have had some contract Engineers come and go in the past at A2e Technologies, they always call me later and ask how I keep A2e Technologies library so clean and accurate. They tell me, they are at another company and the entire Footprint library is a mess and their boards are coming in a mess. I do tell them, about the LP Wizard, and they try to persuade their manager to purchase this, but some managers do not understand what an asset it is to have a good, accurate, clean library.

Anyhow, have fun with all your travels and Thanks for creating the LP Wizard! It is amazing!
